SAA provided the master plan vision for this over 25-acre campus, creating a consistency and coherency among the existing elements and the planned introductions. SAA worked on phasing plans to ensure a logical construction progression while minimizing daily activity interruptions throughout campus. Key responsibilities involved all site work outside the building envelope including the complete reconstruction of the main campus artery and collector streets, the introduction of traffic calming measures and complete street strategies based on anticipated daily trip counts and identified user groups. Additionally, streetscape design, including lighting placement, was also provided.
