SAA is excited to welcome Ryan Garcia as our new Senior Planner. Ryan has over seven years of experience working with municipalities to address planning and development opportunities and challenges. He offers expertise in developing "smart growth" tools like conservation design and traditional neighborhood design ordinances and brings an aptitude for GIS and other visualization tools. His passion is to help people of all backgrounds to live, work, and play as part of a diverse, vibrant community.
