The SAA/Toole Design Group team was selected to complete the Bicycle Pedestrian Plan for Portage County. We are very pleased to be working with the national leader in bicycle and pedestrian planning to assist the county with the update of the outdated 1997 plan. As part of the process, SAA will complete Safe Routes to School assessments/recommendations for more than 20 school sites throughout the county.
