Katie MacDonald, P.E. attended a 2 day training course on the 2010 version Highway Capacity Manual and the new HCS 2010 Highway Capactiy Modeling Software. Covered in the course were major updates to the manual and software program including bicycle and multi-modal transit modeling, highways, interchanges, roundabouts, and urban street simulation.
