Gil Jevne has brought his award winning urban design skills to SAA since 1989.  Gil’s design expertise is focused on public open spaces, parks, streetscapes, environmental graphics and signage, and community gateway features. His project implementation skills include construction documents, cost estimates, project bidding, and construction administration. Gil’s designs have helped provide support and momentum for major urban redevelopment and revitalization initiatives throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. He has also served as a consultant for both the National and Wisconsin Main Street Associations on downtown master planning and design initiatives.

Blake has been providing exceptional quality experience in recreational facility site analysis, planning, design and implementation since 1999. His start-to-finish involvement ensures that projects are delivered on time and as envisioned. Mike’s background in both natural resources management and urban planning provides him with a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing municipalities in the Midwest. His experience includes future development areas planning, renewable energy planning, outdoor recreation planning, municipal policy formulation, and spatial analysis with GIS. Mike takes a comprehensive approach to community planning and development with a focus on proper site inventory and “data-driven” analysis. His passions include ensuring individuals can actively participate in their community’s future and that they have convenient access to public spaces, trails, and community amenities.

As a licensed landscape architect occupied in the profession since 2001, Aaron works effectively at bridging the spatial tangent between Architect and Engineer. His focus is on contextual materiality being grounded in the identification and definition of a site’s offerings to create innovative-place based results. With a philosophy centered around three connected concepts: A thorough understanding of ‘site’ to achieve a desired creation of place; Understanding the role of human occupation in a site and how that informs meaningful design; and the execution of construction into a ‘made’ landscape. An emphasis is placed on the process from concept to reality through the use of accurate illustrations, modeling and technical knowledge to create a more visceral understanding of how the completed project will be experienced.

Since 1995 Bruce has been providing planning, design and implementation services.  Working with both public and private clients, his development projects range in size from individual site development to large city center master plans.
